We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from CPR Computers. If something isn’t right, our returns and refunds process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
14-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your refurbished laptop, PC, or accessory develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us straight away.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
In the case of damaged items on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Warranty Returns
All refurbished computers from CPR Computers come with a standard warranty (details are listed on each product page).
Extended warranty options may also be available.
Warranty covers hardware faults but not accidental damage, misuse, or software issues caused after delivery.
How to Return an Item

Pack your item securely (preferably in the original packaging).
Send it to us using a tracked delivery service via interparcel.com.
Refund Timescales
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
