A: CPR Computers is a trusted UK supplier of refurbished laptops, refurbished desktop PCs, and IT equipment. We also provide computer repairs, upgrades, and recycling services to help you save money and reduce e-waste.
Q: Are refurbished computers reliable?
A: Yes! All of our refurbished computers go through professional testing, cleaning, and quality checks before being sold. Each device comes with a warranty for peace of mind.
Q: Where are you based?
A: Our warehouse and offices are in Surrey, but we deliver refurbished laptops and PCs across the UK.
Ordering & Payment
Q: How can I buy a refurbished laptop or PC?
A: You can order online through our website or visit us in-store. Just add your chosen computer to the basket and checkout securely.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. In-store we also accept cash.
Q: Do you sell cheap refurbished PCs suitable for home and business?
A: Yes. We stock a wide range of budget refurbished PCs, perfect for students, home users, and businesses that need reliable IT without paying new retail prices.
Delivery & Collection
Q: Do you deliver refurbished computers across the UK?
A: Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Smaller items usually arrive within 1–2 working days, while larger items may take slightly longer.
Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: Yes, simply choose Click & Collect once you have completed the checkpout and you can pick up your refurbished laptop, PC, or accessories from our warehouse in Surrey. Opening times are Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) between 9am and 4pm
Returns & Warranty
Q: Do refurbished laptops and PCs come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Every refurbished computer we sell comes with a standard 90 day warranty. Extended cover may also be available – details are listed on each product page.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: You can return items within 14 days if you change your mind. If your refurbished laptop or PC develops a fault, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it under warranty.
Q: How does a repair work?
A: All repairs are done back at the CPR Computers base in Surrey and any item requireing repair, must be returned to CPR.
Repairs & Recycling
Q: Do you repair computers not bought from CPR Computers?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a repair service for any machine not purchased from CPR Computers
Q: Can you upgrade my existing PC or laptop?
A: Yes if bought from us originally. We can upgrade RAM, hard drives, SSDs, graphics cards, and more – giving your computer a new lease of life without the cost of replacing it.
Q: Do you recycle old laptops and PCs?
A: Yes. We provide computer recycling services across the UK. All data is securely wiped before recycling in an environmentally friendly way.
Technical Support
Q: Can you help me set up my refurbished laptop or PC?
A: Yes, although we provide all our equipment ready to go, straight out of the box. However, if you need our help with anything, just get in touch.
Q: What should I do if I have a problem with my refurbished computer?
