At CPR Computers, we want you to feel confident when buying a refurbished computer, laptop, or accessory. That’s why every product comes with a 90-day warranty as standard, giving you peace of mind and reliable support.
What’s Included in Your Warranty
- 90 Days Cover from the date of purchase.
- First 30 Days – Unconditional Warranty
- Full cover for parts and labour.
CPR Computers will also pay the cost of return shipping if a fault occurs within this period.
- Day 31–90 – Labour Warranty
- Labour costs are covered in full.
Replacement parts, if required, are chargeable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return-to-Base Warranty
All warranties are return-to-base, meaning:
Faulty items must be returned to our workshop for inspection, repair, or replacement.
We’ll always do our best to resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Lifetime Support
Even after your warranty expires, CPR Computers is here to help:
- Unlimited telephone support for the life of your machine.
- Unlimited email support for the life of your machine.
- Guidance on upgrades, troubleshooting, and general IT advice.
What’s Not Covered
- Accidental damage, misuse, or liquid damage.
- Software errors caused after delivery (e.g., viruses, system corruption).
- Consumables such as batteries and chargers, unless faulty at the time of sale.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us by phone or email with details of the issue.
- We’ll help troubleshoot and, if needed, provide a returns reference.
- Return the item to our workshop (we cover return costs in the first 30 days; after that, return shipping is at the customer’s expense).
- We’ll repair or replace the faulty item as quickly as possible.
