Loaded Software

At CPR, we adhere to the principle of not pre-installing excessive software on pre-owned desktops, commonly referred to as bloatware. Only the operating system and updates from Windows are installed. Users may install the Office 365 application directly from the Windows Store or the official website.

Warranty

CPR Offer a 3-month warranty with all Desktop Computers and Laptops over £250 and sold as refurbished. The first 30 days is a full parts and labour service with the remaining time being labour only. This is a back-to-base service with the cost of returning an item being the customer's responsibility. Once a machine has been refurbished by us, it goes through rigorous testing to ensure that there are no hidden problems.
