The monitor powers on and as you can see has a great quality picture, there is a scratch on the screen which I have tried to show in picture No. 4. The fault the monitor is having is that it will turn off after about 40 mins and then you have to wait a while before it will turn back on again and I've not been able to discover why this is happening so having to sell as 'parts / not working'
